We use information to:

  • Provide app functionality — keep the core experience working.
  • Authenticate users — sign you in via Google or Apple.
  • Manage subscriptions and free trials — keep your plan in good standing.
  • Process AI features — only when you trigger them.
  • Improve app stability and reliability — fix crashes and bugs.
  • Restore purchases — across your devices.
  • Provide customer support — when you reach out.
04 / AI processing

AI processing.

Some features use artificial intelligence services provided by OpenAI. These include note summarization, meeting preparation, and AI-generated follow-up suggestions.

When AI features are used:

  • Selected note content is transmitted securely for processing.
  • Data is processed only for generating the requested outputs.
  • LeadReady does not use your notes to train AI models.
  • LeadReady does not permanently store AI requests or responses.
Please avoid including passwords, financial credentials, highly sensitive personal information, medical records, or confidential company secrets in AI-processed content.

05 / Storage & retention

Data storage and retention.

Most data is stored locally on your device.

LeadReady backend systems are designed not to permanently retain:

  • Note contents
  • AI prompts
  • AI responses

Limited operational logs and subscription-related metadata may be temporarily retained for security, billing, and troubleshooting purposes.

Future optional cloud backup features may be introduced. If implemented, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
