Delete your account.

LeadReady is designed with a privacy-first architecture. Your 1:1 notes, handwritten notes, AI summaries, and leadership data are stored primarily on your device and are not permanently stored on LeadReady servers.

What is stored on LeadReady servers

When you create an account using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, LeadReady may store limited account-related information, including:

  • Authentication identifiers
  • Subscription status
  • Billing-related metadata

LeadReady does not store your meeting notes or AI content on its servers.

What happens when you delete your account

Deleting your account will:

  • Remove your account connection
  • Remove subscription-related account metadata
  • Disconnect your authentication provider account

Deleting your account will not remove notes stored locally on your device, because those notes are not stored on LeadReady servers.

How to remove local notes and data

To remove all locally stored notes and app data from your device, simply uninstall the LeadReady app. Depending on your device platform, uninstalling the app may permanently remove locally stored data.

After you submit the form, your account will be deleted within 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
